Questions

Do you change anything on my website?

No. A check-up only reads what your website shows every visitor, the same as any browser. We never log in, fill in forms or look for hidden pages.

Why do I need to confirm the site is mine?

Full reports name the software that's vulnerable. We only send that to the people who run the site, never to anyone who asks.

Can I cancel?

Any time, from the link in every email. Your check-ups carry on to the end of the period you've paid for.

Will you fix the problems for me?
